Originally drafted by the Tri City Americans with the 102nd pick of the 2003 WHL Bantam Draft...was a member of the 2006 Tier Two National Champion Burnaby Express...led the Bruins and finished 9th in WHL scoring with 82 points last season...also led the team with 59 assists...recorded 13 goals and 34 assists on the power play last season...holds the team record for most assists in one game with five...co holder of team record for most points in a game with five...had a team high 14 game point streak during the 2006-07 season...had a team high 25 multiple point games during the 2006-07 season...was a fourth round draft pick by the Nashville Predators in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft...older brother Mike is also a draft pick of the Nashville Predators...was named, along with Oscar Moller as the co winner of the Bruins rookie of the year award for 2006-07.
