Sarah has been dancing since the age of 3 and has extensive training in Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Highland, Cheerleading, tap, pilates and more. At the age of 17 she opened her own dance studio called Capella Dance Academy which is now going into it's 8th season. Sarah is proud to be the coach again for the Bruinettes Dance Team. All of the Bruinettes are long time dancers of Capella Dance Academy.
