Bruins in Kamloops Saturday

Mark Santorelli leads the Bruins with 7 points vs Kamloops this season

The Chilliwack Bruins take to the road for a game vs the Kamloops Blazers Saturday night. The Bruins enter weekend action in sixth place in the Western Conference with a record of 20-18-3-1. Chilliwack trails the fifth place Everett Silvertips by four points but have two games in hand.

It's the sixth meeting of the season between the two teams and the first of four in fifteen days. The Blazers lead the season series 3-2-0-0. Both Bruins wins vs Kamloops this season have come on the road. All time, the Bruins are 6-7-0-0 vs Kamloops with a 3-4-0-0 all time record in Kamloops.

The Blazers were defeated 4-1 in Tri City Friday night. They are currently in 8th place in the Western Conference with a record of 19-23-1-1 and are just four points back of the Bruins. Chilliwack has played two less games than Kamloops.

Mark Santorelli is in second place in WHL scoring with 65 points, one behind Kelowna's Colin Long. Santorelli leads the Bruins with 17 multiple point games this season.

Oscar Moller is currently in 12th place in WHL scoring with 50 points. Moller has missed the past eight games while at the World Junior Tournament in the Czech Republic where he won a silver medal with Team Sweden.
