Blazers edge Bruins 2-1

The Kamloops Blazers halted a four-game WHL losing streak Saturday night, beating the Chilliwack Bruins 2-1.

Juuso Puustinen and Kenton Dulle scored for Kamloops (20-23-1-1), which led 2-0 at 2:17 of the second period.

Brandon Campos replied for the Bruins (20-19-3-1).

Kamloops goaltender Justin Leclerc stopped 29 shots, while the Bruins' Mark Friesen turned aside 25.

The next Bruins home game is Wednesday January 16th vs the Seattle Thunderbirds. Tickets for all Bruins home games can be purchased through the ticketmaster website, by phone ( 1-800-663-9311) or in person at any ticketmaster location.
